Guarantee Against Loss of Diamond

On any one occasion within the 10-year guarantee, should your diamond(s) come loose from its (their) mounting during normal wear*, we will replace it(them) free of charge.

Guarantee Against Damage to Diamond

On any one occasion within the 10-year guarantee, should your diamond(s) chip or crack during normal wear*, we will re-cut it (them) free of charge.

Guarantee Against Damage to Your Ring or Jewellery Mounting

Within the 10-year guarantee, should your ring or jewellery mounting require any repairs during normal wear*, we will do them free of charge.

Trade-in Policy on Ring or Jewellery Mounting

Within the 10-year guarantee, we will allow one exchange of your ring or jewellery mounting. We’ll extend full credit (less a restocking charge) for your old mounting on the purchase of a new one.

*Accidental damage NOT included. Normal wear is determined at the discretion of management. An annual inspection is required to keep your guarantee valid. Coloured stones ARE NOT covered under this guarantee. It is important to have your diamond ring insured under a separate rider with your house insurance to cover damage, loss or theft.
